Key Responsibilities:
Market Growth: Drive sales and acquire new clients in the enterprise and growth SAAS segment.
Lead Generation: While supported by an SDR and marketing team for demo bookings, proactively source and qualify your own valuable leads.
Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging product demos to showcase the value of our candidate AI screening software.
Client Engagement: Understand the needs of potential clients and effectively pitch our solutions.
Proposal Preparation: Develop and present tailored proposals to prospective clients.
Closing Deals: Navigate leads through the sales funnel and close deals to achieve targets.
What we’re looking for:
Mix of Competencies: Client Focus and Result Driven are key in this role. Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets. You are also conscientious in following up.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar sales role, preferably within the SAAS sector.
Consultative Selling: Ability to engage in service-led, consultative selling to understand and meet client needs.
Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the AI and HR landscape is a plus. Interest is a must.
Self-Motivated: A proactive approach to generating and qualifying leads independently.
