Customer Success Manager

As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients maximize the value of Pera’s AI-driven assessment platform. You will be responsible for fostering strong relationships, driving customer engagement, and ensuring high retention and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Relationship Management: Take full ownership of a diverse client portfolio, ranging from Enterprise to SMB accounts. Build trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Retention & Growth: Manage contract renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities to expand customer lifetime value. Drive net revenue retention as a key KPI.
  • Product Adoption & Training: Collaborate closely with the product team to educate customers about new releases and key developments. Ensure clients successfully implement and integrate our solutions.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze customer engagement metrics to identify trends and provide actionable insights for improving retention and adoption.
  • Customer Support & Issue Resolution: Monitor and respond to client questions or requests via our CSM tech stack (HubSpot, Zendesk, Intercom). Ensure a smooth resolution of customer issues.
  • Scalable Success Programs: Develop and optimize scalable customer success initiatives, such as predictive health scoring, in-app guidance, automated messaging, and one-to-many outreach campaigns.
  • Custom Projects: Act as an internal project manager for clients, particularly when developing custom language models for Enterprise customers.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: At least 3 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role in a SaaS or AI-driven business.
  • Languages: Fluent in English; Dutch fluency is a big plus.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to translate technical insights into clear, actionable recommendations for clients.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Passion for helping customers succeed and a proactive approach to solving challenges.
  • Analytical & Data-Driven: Comfortable interpreting data and using insights to drive strategy.
