To improve Createment's hiring process, we added Pera's Cognitive Skills Assessment, Digital Interview, and a short programming skills survey to the existing Technical Assessment. By comparing results from 200 applicants, we were able to see how scores from the Technical Assessment lined up with Pera's assessments. This approach helped us clearly identify and filter out the bottom 44% of applicants, making it easier for Createment to focus on top candidates and make better hiring decisions.
