GoodHabitz and Pera partner to hire and develop the best talent

Pera, the AI-driven talent screening platform, and GoodHabitz, Europe’s leading online learning provider, today announce a strategic partnership to deliver a combined proposition for talent acquisition, skills development and performance improvement.

The agreement will combine Pera’s unique predictive AI-driven candidate evaluation and skills analysis, with GoodHabitz’s habit-forming learning platform. Through the deal organisations will be able to find the best talent faster and understand their potential for any given role.

The partnership will also give talent leaders a deep understanding of the skills their people have, where there are gaps, and how to retain and develop individuals with personalised learning journeys.

Pera’s solution removes uncertainty from traditional CV and assessment-based hiring processes. Using three simple questions, AI and predictive data, its platform matches and ranks candidates based on competencies, and their expected post hiring performance.

The joint solution will be offered with selected clients in Spain and the Netherlands from 1 June 2025 and then roll out across all GoodHabitz markets in early 2026.
